Cancellation Policy
Your appointment and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making for necessary schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 6 hour notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment start time will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved service cost. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment and cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be waived.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are only redeemable at Kentuckiana Mobile Massage for the amount or service specified on the gift certificate, by the expiration date indicated, except as required by law. Kentuckiana Mobile Massage reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any gift certificate purchase for any reason and return the funds to the purchaser at its option and sole discretion. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates. Gift certificates will be redeemed fully upon client no-show for services, and fifty percent (50%) for cancelations less than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except as required by law. If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at time of purchase. Kentuckiana Mobile Massage is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Kentuckiana Mobile Massage will replace a lost gift certificate if before its expiration date, provided the original gift certificate hasn’t been redeemed and the replacement is issued to either the original purchaser or a verifiable recipient. Kentuckiana Mobile Massage reserves the right to contact gift certificate purchasers, or known recipients, to remind them of upcoming expiration dates.
